I have mine put away, I dont want to lose it.
It is silver with my birth stone light blue for sag. It has a picture on one side with choir as I used to like to sing. And on the other side it has the school emblem.
How about yours?

HHmmm...I think I do...maybe. It had a blue stone- I don't know why, I think because it was my favorite color. Cheerleading on one side, band on the other. I think it is tucked away in my Jewelry box but I really don't know for sure. My oldest daughter picked a very untraditional class ring, but I actually liked it because it is something she can wear for years to come. [above31rubies]
For some reason I enjoy remembering past even though at the time I didnt like high school. Go see if you got it happy I wore mine till I got married. And packed it away. Rings will last forever if taken care of. As long as your daughter likes the ring it will be a keepsake forever. [dangnabit67]
Where I am from, we did not have anything like that, which is a shame I would have loved to have a class ring!! [gemini_rose]
awww sorry to hear that. I have many keepsakes from school and saving stuff for my kids. [dangnabit67]
Oh... no I don't have any class ring when graduating in college. Our universities didn't facilitate one. I wish I had one though. [jesbellaine]
You could get one even though your not going anymore. Its fun playing post tag with you-LOL [dangnabit67]
I never got my class ring. Nor do I have my diploma anymore either..Lori [dumblnddzzy]
He must have been really bad. Sorry sweet lady-hugs. At least he is gone from your life now-thats good. [dangnabit67]
I still have my high school ring. It's siver with a Garnet stone. On one side is a bulldog & the other has an honor society shield. Every once in a while I'll pull it out & think back to the "good old days". I'm actually getting ready to go back to college after in incredibly long hiatus. When I graduate, I plan to get some sort of jewelry to commemorate the event. [8848Nascar_Mom]
Your ring sounds pretty. I love remembering the good ole days. Nothing is every the same after high school. College is fun/enjoyable compared to high shcool-lol Good luck when you graduate. [dangnabit67]
This is a sore (and sad!) subject for me. I had a beautiful gold class ring. The stone was a deep blue and the school name and year was on it and my initials engraved in it. WELL years later I was having a garage sale and I did NOT put the ring out, but someone came around asking if we had any gold items to sell. In the atmosphere of excitement of a yard sale, I thought "ah, I have my class ring and I never wear it anymore and we *do* need the money..." so I went and got it for him to look at. He offered ... I think it was $35 for it and I said yes. Not very bright at all, I know, and now I'll never get it back and never see it again. Drat the luck. sad [katiedoubleu]
Always hind sight. He must have needed it more than you? [dangnabit67]
I still have mine but can't even get it on my pinky finger. It's dark blue stone with the ram on one side and the year I graduated on the other. My daughter likes to wear it sometimes. [hornswaggled]
Its nice to share your memories with her too I bet happy [dangnabit67]
Yes, I still have my class ring. It is gold with a green stone because emerald is my birthstone. It sits in my jewelry box. I wore it a little bit when I was in high school but then I put it away. I loved to wear my moms when I was younger. happy [moneyandgc]
I wore my moms too although hers was all gold with volleyball picture. Gold and green together sound pretty. [dangnabit67]
my class has no ring ... what i have is a ring my father gave me. it was hes ring when he was like 7 years old, now its mine, well it doesn't fit on my but its mine :) [javaleira]
That is so nice to have something of your fathers. Im not sure of your age but you have had the ring awhile I take it? [dangnabit67]
You know, I don't. And for some reason, I just spent $400 on my son's. I sure hope he keeps up with his better than I keep up with mine. LOL [sunshinedap]
I think mine was like 100. geez that is alot of money for a ring. I better start saving then my daughter is going into 11th grade. ugh. [dangnabit67]
