What was your favourite memory from the first day of school?

my first memory of my first day in school is to some extent intresting it was a fully bad locky thay because in the way of the school I was badly injured in a hard accident I was in the hospital for 8 days and I lost my first week of school... [foofoo1581]
That doesn't sound like a very good memory. I don't really remember my first day of school very much. I do know that when I arrived, I looked around, said, "Bye Mum!" and went off to play. My mother tells me that this made her cry after she'd left. [kickerofjunk]
My sister and I used to stay up all night. We would get dressed and just sit up all night waiting for the next day. Now that was elemtary school. When we got older it was not as much fun. [Lifez2short]

I met new friends which eventually turned out to be a lifetime true friends. It is hard to find true friends especially in school. Because of the number of students with varying courses and interests. I am just too lucky to find my ow on the very first day of school. [penmaster]
