Hi, When i finished highschool, i went to work. Why? Because i don't have money to go to college. But after 1 year work, i think i must go to college, because almost my friends did. So, i tried to borrow money from the company that i work and pay every month part of it. And i finished my college with 3,5 years. I proud with myself. Why? Because i work from 07.00 - 16.00 and i go to college from 17.00 - 22.00. And i finished all of that in 3,5 years. It is worth to go to college. So...if you have enough money to go to college, why don't you do that? [julianarw]
Wow...u were pretty busy 3,5 years....from 07.00 to 22.00 all u did was just work...i admire u but i dont think i could handle all that...my parents could give me the money i need for college...but i still w8 with my part-time job a few years...i dont think i am prepaired for college..i mean...it must be hard, mustn't it? I continued my education to the university after High School. Gladly my parents still earned enough money for me to be able to finish my education at the university. I think in today's world, you'd have a better chance of earning a decent living if you have a university degree. Plus you said yourself that you are pretty good at Maths. So, GO, Girl!!! If you have no financial problem, I think it's best for you to continue your education. ;-D [ailema4ever]

Hello emymaster I finished high school some years ago, way back in the stone ages. I was in such a hurry to go somewhere, but I really didn't know where I wanted to go. I went to college for four years, then to grad school, then on for my Ph.d., which was another four years for me, then post doctoral work. I have spent much of my life in school, simply because I enjoyed it. After all of that, I bought a Farm and now I really don't apply my education in the standard way of doing so, but I would not trade those years for anything, because they did contribute greatly to who I am. That's what I've done. [Transdisc]

Go to college and work part-time, go to college and work full-time, go to college, go to trade school and develop a trade, or just go and work, but I hate to say this, most jobs do not pay well to those who only have a high school education. [rogue13xmen13]

I started full time work the next day after finishing school and have worked ever since... [Calais]

Hello, friend, If I were you I will choose to further my education in university. learning in university ,making a lot of friends in university is a experience that worth us treasure all our whole life,u can learn a lot besides ur majors. However,if u want to work that is all ok,but don't u think that we can work at any time and don't u think u can earn more after u graduated from university? wish u can further ur education in university... What I personaly did , is to continue my studies in the unversity , than I get a job while studying and still doing both of them , if you want my advice go back to knowledge path first than think of other things. [passwordrain]

When I finished high school, I went to university after examination. You know, in China, to go to a good school means a good future in many occations. My view on study is that it is an investment, you put how much time on it, you acquire how many from it. [randolphxuqi]

i do the same thing you do right now like after graduating highschool I find work and after enrolling to College but I stay with my work, it is hard but worth. [cherylal]

when i finished high school i continued my education in a university and who knows maybee when i finish the university if i will have a good average I will continue my education on even a higher level. i do some part time jobs now and then but nothing serious (luckily we still have free education) so "all" i have to do is pay for my apartment (which i share with three other students so it is not a big problem). If you have a chance to continue your education GRAB IT ; D. [alnilam]

After finishing you should get a good-paying part time job and then carefully plan your future. [ajrox1810]

You have to do what you want to do. After I graduated high school I worked a full time job and sorta just hung out with my friends. Then I travelled for a while following bands and such. I went to school and pursued that career path for a year or so and realized it wasn't for me. Now I'm 25 and going back to school. while I don't regret not going to college after high school, in some ways I wish I would have because I'd probably be a lot better off. If you don't know what you want to do, don't waste your time not doing anything. Do something...that's the most important thing. [raychill]

i think i am older than u ,when i finished hige school i went to university just because i think if i have a good master of knowlege i can find a good job ,and now i will graduate from university next year. i think i can find a good job so ithinl u should go to univeristy. [apple007]

I think studying in university is one of the most part in your life, you will learn lots of knowledge and get many other things, such as making a good friend,so i suggest you go to university for fuether education [shangyemin]

I am graduating this year and i plan on going to a community college in my area for 2 years and then transfer to PSU. I plan on studying music, performing arts and dance. That tyoe of thing I have always wanted to do because I have always wanted to be a musician. [sassygirlanne007]

I graduated HS back in 2006. I'm now studying at university here taking up a degree in Computer Science. I'm on my 2nd year now, and if all goes well, I should be done in two more years! What we do after HS depends on our own decision. I guess it's important that you ask yourself what you really desire. After all, no matter what you do, whether you've got a degree or not, you'll surely succeed in whatever path you chose if you just put all your heart into it. Sure, it sounds cheesy, but it's true. :D [ajhienomoto]
