Hello Friends,
All of us well known about the School admission , and it is really too
tough to get the admission from the best school in the city or in the
area where we are living, due to lots of competition among the students.
Recently one of my office staff had been tried for a admission to her kids
from the best school in the city, but unfortunately could not able to get
admission due to heavy competition between the students. So why it is too
difficult to get the admission from the best school for the right student?

I don't know that place you are referring to. It may be that they have admission examination and your friends' kids fail the admission test. There are other schools that they can go to. I think that it matters not much on the kind of school but how well the student performs. If the student is bright and has a cunning ability, surely he can pass the admission test and be admitted from the best school that you have mentioned. Good day. [learn2earn]
Hi Learn2, Here in India it is very difficult to get the placement from the well reputed school even if your kids are passed the admission test, due to heavy number of students waiting for the admission. So most of the well reputed school would have given the admission through the political and Very important person ( V.I.P ) recommendation . As you have been known that each and every class would have particular number of students and it may approximately 35 to 50 students in a class, but here they are more than 100 students are waiting for the admission to that particular class, so it is highly impossible to give the admission even if the kids would have passed the admission test , by the school management. This also one of the important reasons , most of the well reputed school would charge very high fees due to high demands from the public peoples. Have a wonderful day. [Binthu]
hi binthu, regarding admission in the best school,i need not worry about it because my sons are grown up and they are more than 25 years only,now they have to get risk and face problems in admission for schools after they have children,that is not my risk,have a nice day [yugasini]

Binthu, Sorry to ask this, but how do you measure whether a school is best? I just pity those parents who spend most of their time thinking about only the not-so-essential things. Which one is the best? The one which is the costliest? I think parents of India should think more about their parenting than thinking about the school. I had a student once. His parents admitted him into the best school in my area. There the child showed a terrible result. The whole thing was pretty messed up. That school was also the costliest. I firmly believe that it is because parents deal with these issues that they can't enough attention to the education they should be giving themselves. Its pathetic when we don't even shoot the real problem and just keep beating around the bush, as if the parents are actually passing the buck by admitting their child to THE BEST school. Hi Biswa, Really meaningful words, most of the parents would have tried their best to get the admission from the best school for their kids. The best school means that to providing the quality education, providing the moral and displine supports to the kids, providing the good environmental to study everything, to provide the best place to play, providing and improving the extra curricular activities to the kids, etc., As you have informed that we as a parents would have decide the best school for our kids, and would supports them to get good studies along with good discipline too . But in general the studious kids would have even better chance at any school, and not necessary to get him best school, so it is up to the students own performance to have the good study. Well if the student is good enough then he does not need the approach of a good politician or someone to get admission, i mean if the school is good enough then they surely would respect talent and if they didn't then the school would not have been the best of the city. And if the child does not get admission their its not a big issue , i know children in India have to face heavy competition to get admission in schools and admissions(i have gone through the same) but at the same time India has a lot of good schools which are ready to accept good students. So if it is impossible to get admission in the best school try one that is a little less good but still good enough fir the child. If he has the talent and determination the school should not be one in deciding his future. [redshift07]
Hi Red, WELL WORDED, as you have informed that getting the admission from the best school is so difficult, even the kids would have passed the admission test, due to large number of students are in the list and waiting for the admission . So it is up to the student ability and performance to get the placement from the best school and also they would try their best to get the admission from the said school. There are some of the school are well funded by the politician and would have given the preference to the recommendation from that respective politician. So it is up to the school management to decide and to give the admission to the students. many parents push their kids so hard that they have no life except school work, so schools obviously choose them, if they have had straight A*s through their whole life, but they may be useless at extra curricular activities. To get into a good school, you have to react quickly, send in the aplication as soon as they open so you can be first in line [onestop]

So it is up to the students capability and skills to get the admission from the best school prior to have the good education. Hi Binthu, Of course you are rite its too difficult to get the best school for the right students. You know In Bangalore When the parents have to join there children's for schools they will have to wait during the nights in front of the schools to just to collect the application form. Now the education is become more important and due to this there is heavy competitions in some schools here the admissions are done only if there parents are well educated. Have a great day. Hi Deepa, Practically it is true that most of the parents are waiting in front of the School Gate from night to morning for just collection of the admission application forms for their kids in the best school. Apart from that the school management called the parents of the kids and would make the intervies prior to know the profession and qualification of the parents prior to provide the admission to the students. So this is really very tough and also all the parents would love to choose the best school to their kids, prior to have the good education and good discipline to improve the personal behavior along with excellent academic carrier. There are a number of reasons behind it.The number of students is fast increasing.But there are a few good school.Many good students come from poor families for whom the fees of good schools is not affordable.Unfortunately good education in our country is imparted in a foreign language,English,in which students from a humble background are not proficient.The problem becomes even more complicated because of mismanagement of Government run schools and sub standard and unqualified teachers working there.All these are the reasons behind the problem.Such students can't succeed in competition. Hi Kumar, Well worded, most of the students would like to enjoy the good education and would like to get admission from the good and well mannered school, that was the main reasons all the good and standard school are charging very high and which is can not able to afford by the poor students. So in this situation the Government should take immediate action to control the fees structure in the school and would make the chance to everyone to have quality education. As you have mentioned that most of the Government school is not well managed and also would not have qualified staff as a teacher and would face the problems by the students. The private schools are well managed and would have more qualified staff and would give the excellent teaching to the students to provide the better and quality education to all the students to have the bright life future.
